The written report

Written findings with clear limits.

The report records what we observed, what we tested, where each result applies, and what remains uncertain. We explain those limits so no one reads more into a result than it supports.

  • Work sized for homes, contractor projects, and small businesses
  • Sampling planned around the specific concern at the property
  • Written findings you can act on
How All Clear works

Environmental testing FAQ

Questions about testing and reports.

What does All Clear test?

We offer mold, asbestos, mycotoxin, indoor air quality, fire and smoke, and flood and sewage testing. We plan each visit around the problem at the property.

What if allergies or symptoms are part of the concern?

Tell us when and where the problem is most noticeable. That helps us plan the testing. Environmental testing is not a medical diagnosis, so talk with a qualified medical professional about symptoms.

Does All Clear perform cleanup or remediation?

No. We inspect, sample, and report. We do not sell cleanup or remediation work.

Who does All Clear work with?

Homeowners, contractors, property managers, and light-commercial businesses in the Spokane area.

Can a test guarantee that a property is safe?

No. A result applies only to the methods, locations, and time included in the scope. Each report explains those limits.

How do I get started?

Call or email us. The Contact page lists both. Describe the property, what happened, and the service you are considering.
